Single room surcharge is Euro 10,- per overnight stay.
Price for double-room as single use: overnight rate x2 -10%
High season: From 08/01 to 09/04 & from 12/25 to 01/07 & from 02/18 to 02/25 there is a surcharge of 2,- Euro per night and person, according to the current price list.

*The the local residence tax of 1,05 Euro from the age of 14 is charged separately.
What we offer:
- Best price guarantee and optimal price-performance ratio for direct bookings.
- Early bird discount: Those who book at least 5 months before arrival receive a discount of 5% on the accommodation price.
- Loyalty bonus: If you stay with us repeatedly within 3 years, you will receive a discount of 10% on the accommodation price. For online bookings via this website, the discount - if applicable - will be deducted afterwards. The bonus cannot be considered for external onlinebooking portals.
- Inclusive services: Highspeed WiFi Internet, VinschgauCard, free entrance to the outdoor adventure pool in Prad (summer season), an international selection of daily newspapers and magazines can be downloaded in digital format to your device, additional discounts at various facilities.
- Reduction for children: In the parents' room (2 full-paying guests) children up to the age of 3 are free, 50% discount for children up to the age of 6 and 25% discount for children up to the age of 14 - each on the price of accommodation.
- Free children's programme from Monday to Friday in July and August.
- If you arrive by train in Spondinig, we will be happy to pick you up from the station free of charge.
Good to know:
- High season: From 01.08. - 04.09. and from 26.12. - 07.01. there is a surcharge of 2,- Euro per night and person, according to the current price list.
- Early-bird discount and loyalty bonus cannot be combined.
- Reservation:We ask for a deposit of at least 1 night or up to 30% of the total amount - depending on the period booked.
- There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code, nevertheless we grant the following cancellation conditions:
- If you cancel more than 30 days before holiday start, the deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of 15,- Euro
- Within 30 days the deposit will be retained as compensation
- If the cancellation is made 1 week before holiday start, we charge 75% of the booked arrangement
- In case of an early departure the guest is obliged to pay 75% of the missing nights.
- Cancellations must be made in written form within the specified periods.
- We recommend that you stipulate a travel cancellation protection.
- Check in: Between 14:00 and 19:00. Please inform us if your arrival should deviate from these times - especially in case of late arrival. Otherwise we reserve the right to sublet the rooms.
- Check out: Until 10:30
- Payment methods: Preferably in cash (amounts up to 4.999,- €) but also with EC card, Visa and Mastercard or by bank transfer in advance. We don't accept credit cards from AmericanExpress, Discover and DinersClub.
- Pets: Please only on request! However, they must be house-trained and may not be brought into the dining room. Please bring a basket or blanket. For your pet we charge 5,- Euro per night.
- Smoking is not allowed in the whole house.
- Parking lots at the house are available and free of charge. Your vehicle can also be parked in our new underground car park (5 euros in high season and 2 euros in low season).
- In our apartments we charge a one-time fee of 15,- Euro for the use of the kitchen.
- Misprints and price changes reserved.
