The modern apartments of our Residence, newly built in 2023, are designed to make you feel at home so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full extend. In addition to WC (some also equipped with bidet) and shower, the apartments have their own coverd balcony or terrace with a view to the mountains or towards the old village of Prad am Stilfserjoch.

In addition to 2-room flats also 3-room flats for up to 6 people can be booked. For guests of the Pension & Residence Astoria there are underground car parking spaces to the cost of 5,- per day and two electric charging stations at your disposal. Bicycles and ski equipment can be safely stored in a separate compartment.

The Residence Astoria is situated in a central yet quiet location in the old village of Prad am Stilfserjoch, ideal for your active and relaxing holiday in the Vinschgau Valley.

Advantages of Residence Astoria

The best price guaranteed and an optimum price/performance ratio for direct bookings.
Modern holiday flats with separate bedrooms, some also with a own children's room, covered balcony/terrace and fully equipped kitchen. The holiday apartments have a modern bathroom with WC/shower and hairdryer. All apartments are equipped with one or two 43" HD flat screen TV.
Underground car park: For your car there is a underground car park available. Reservation required. A charging station (type 2 incl. fixed cable) for electric vehicles (BEV) and plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEV) at disposal.
Locked bike and ski room: your bikes and ski equipment can be safley stored in a own compartment. Some basic bicycle tools are also provided if necessary. For ski boots a boot dryer is available.
Central yet quiet location in the historic town centre of Prad. Restaurants, shops, hiking trails and the bus stop are just a few minutes' walk away. Nevertheless, the location in the Schmiedgasse offers the necessary peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday.
Breakfast: rich and regional breakfast for an extra charge of 14,- Euro per person (10,- Euro up to 10 years) in our guesthouse on the opposite (also possible only for single days). Alternatively our baker brings fresh bread rolls every day and we will deliver them to you.
Our house bar invites you from 14:00 to 22:00 for a delicious cappuccino or a nightcap after dinner.
Early-bird discount: If you book at least 5 months before arrival, you will receive a 5% discount on the accommodation price.
Loyality bonus: If you stay with us repeatedly within 3 years, you will receive a loyalty bonus of 10% on the accommodation and underground car park price. For online bookings via this website, the discount - if applicable - will be deducted retrospectively. The discount cannot be taken into account for external online booking portals and/or for payments with business credit cards. The loyalty bonus only applies in seasonal periods, as a general discount of 10% on the seasonal price applies out of season.
Environmental bonus: Guests travelling by bike, public transport or electric vehicle receive a 3% discount on the daily rate.

- Free holiday reading with a large selection of daily newspapers and magazines via our Mediabox.
- Free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol with the Vinschgaucard.

Our reception will provide you with information about activities and places of interest. Free holiday guides to take with you as well as mountain bike and hiking maps at a special price are available for sale.
Laundry service: For stays of more than one week, we change the towels and bed linen after 7 nights. If an additional change of linen is required in between, we will be happy to do this for an extra charge of 10 euros. There is also a laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer (6,- Euro per wash incl. detergent)
