Additional price notes

  • The prices are indicated in Euro incl. VAT per night and apartment (for occupancy up to 2 persons).
  • The local tax of 1.90 euros per night and person (from the age of 14) has to be payed separately.
  • The surcharge applies for stays of less than one week.
  • Children up to 3 years are free of charge, from 3 years the respective surcharge per night/person applies.
  • For adults the surcharge is 22,- per night/person.
  • In the low season (season = 01 June - 30 September; christmas holidays; carnival holidays ; easter holidays) a general discount of 10% on the daily rate applies according to the current price list.
  • Underground parking space (per day): 5,- in the season, 2,5- in the low season

General terms and conditions

  • High season: From 01.08. - 04.09. and from 26.12. - 07.01. there is a surcharge of 2,- Euro per night and person, according to the current price list.
  • Early-bird discount and loyalty bonus cannot be combined.
  • Reservation: We ask for a deposit of at least 1 night or up to 30% of the total amount - depending on the period booked.
  • There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code, nevertheless we grant the following cancellation conditions:
    • If you cancel more than 30 days before holiday start, the deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of 15,- Euro
    • Within 30 days the deposit will be retained as compensation
    • If the cancellation is made 1 week before holiday start, we charge 80% of the booked arrangement
  • In case of an early departure the guest is obliged to pay 80% of the missing nights.
  • Cancellations must be made in written form within the specified periods.
  • We recommend that you stipulate a travel cancellation protection.
  • Check in: Between 14:00 and 19:00. Please inform us if your arrival should deviate from these times - especially in case of late arrival. Otherwise we reserve the right to sublet the rooms.
  • Check out: Until 10:00
  • Payment methods: Preferably in cash (amounts up to 4.999,- €) but also with EC card, Visa and Mastercard or by bank transfer in advance. We don't accept credit cards from AmericanExpress, Discover and DinersClub.
  • Pets: Please only on request! However, they must be house-trained and may not be brought into the dining room. Please bring a basket or blanket. For your pet we charge 5,- Euro per night.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the whole house.
  • Parking lots at the house are available and free of charge. Your vehicle can also be parked in our new underground car park for 5,- Euro per day in the season, 2,50 Euro per day in the low season).
  • In our apartments we charge a one-time fee of 15,- Euro for the use of the kitchen.
