Explanation of room prices:
A surcharge of 10 euros per night applies to single rooms.
Price for double rooms for single use: room price x2 -10%
During high season (carneval holidays, eastern, & August 1 to September 3 & December 25 to January), a surcharge of 2 euros per night/person applies according to the current price list.
*The prices are per night and person in a double room, including VAT in euros.
*The local tax of 2.10 euros per night and person (from the age of 14) is to be paid separately in cash.

- The guaranteed best price and an optimal price/performance ratio for direct bookings.
- Environmental bonus: Guests arriving by bicycle, public transport, or electric vehicle receive a 3% discount. Additionally, you can use all public transport across South Tyrol for free throughout your entire stay.
- Early booking discount: Those who book at least 5 months before arrival will receive a price reduction of 5% on the accommodation price.
- Loyalty bonus: Guests who stay with us again within 3 years receive a 10% discount on the accommodation price (breakfast excluded). For online bookings made through this website, the discount will be deducted afterward, if applicable. The discount cannot be applied to external online booking portals and/or payments made with business credit cards.
- Included services: High-speed WiFi internet, VinschgauCard (from April 1 to October 31), free entry to the Prad adventure outdoor pool (in the summer season), half-price entry to the indoor pool & sauna at Sport & Well Mals in the winter season (until April 30) for stays of 3 nights or more, an international selection of daily newspapers and magazines can be downloaded daily for free in digital form to your device, additional discounts at various facilities.
- Child discount: In the parents' room (2 full paying adults), children up to 3 years of age stay free, 50% discount for children up to 6 years old, and 25% for children up to 14 years old - each on the accommodation price.
- Free children's program from Monday to Friday (in July and August).
