Arrival Pension Astoria

The Pension Astoria is situated in the heart of the Vinschgau, in the west of South Tyrol, the most northeastern tip of Italy.

By car you can reach us from Germany or Austria (Fernpass-Imst-Landeck or Bregenz-Arlberg-Landeck or via the Inntaldreieck from the east) via the Reschenpass. From Munich it takes about 3 hours via Garmisch/Fernpass. From Steiermak and Carinthia it would also be advisable to drive via Lienz and the Pustertal. From Switzerland you can travel via the Ofenpass as well as via Scuol and the Reschenpass.

Free parking lots are available directly at the accommodation. From spring 2023, the car can also be parked in a cool and safe place in our new underground car park for a small surcharge of 5,- Euro (free of charge in the off-season).

If you arrive by train , drive to Bolzano, from there to Merano and on to the station Spondinig/Prad.

Or with the bus over the Reschenpass or Ofenpass to Mals and from there either by train to the station Spondinig/Prad or directly by bus to Prad.

You can also travel to South Tyrol by taking Flixbus, which travels 3 times a day from Munich to Meran and back at reasonable prices.

Those arriving by plane will find the nearest airport in Bolzano or Innsbruck and from there by train, bus or rental car.
